Overall Natalia does a great job and she is very friendly. Very minor, but today not all of the trash was taken out. Otherwise, the house looks great and we would use her service again.

Natalia did a great job at our house! She completed everything I requested and it was a big help as we were expecting company later in the day. We will definitely be having her come clean our house again-she was great!!

This was my second booking with Natalia. She arrived late because she claims that she took a herbal remedy tea to help with stomach pains and it forced her to oversleep. She had to rush through the job to keep on schedule so she didn’t do as great a job as the first time. I would like to give her another chance and keep her as a cleaner for future jobs and not judge her based on this one incident.
