This was my first time booking Queenesther and wow was she amazing!!! I don’t think our house has ever been cleaner. She was wonderful, super efficient, thorough, her products smell amazing and she was a very nice person. Hope to book her more in the future!

Dried delicate clothes on high heat when they shouldn’t have been dried. Gave that feedback.
Didn’t move things in shower to clean the shelves. Cluttered vanity was organized in a more cluttered way. Fitted sheet out on bed inside out. Left blinds lifted without putting them the way they were found. Cleaner residue left on tub. Trash not taken out. Kitchen sink not cleaned thoroughly.
