Rumyana is a wonderful Domestic Engineer (it feels disrespectful giving her a cleaner title) Rumyana was thorough, fast and got her job done, my home is gleaming and along with Elena, I would recommend them both. I've used Elena's services more times than Rumyana and she was also fantastic at her job. I found her friendly and nothing was too much trouble and she has always cleaned my home to a very high standard.
