Maxwell was thorough, professional, and pleasant. He installed a very heavy A/C in our upstairs window within 15 minutes. Excellent job!

Carlos was a little late to the appointment but he quickly made up for it by getting things done so quickly. He was very courteous and was thoughtful enough to wrap the A/C units we had uninstalled in plastic bags. Would definitely want to work with him again.

Tanael installed my window A/C unit (what a life saver!) and he did it very quickly and efficiently. He was on time for our scheduled service and was finished with the job in probably 20 minutes. I wasn't here for the installation due to work but a friend let Tanael into my apartment. The only critique I have is that there are gaps in between the side paneling and the A/C unit and open space between the bottom of the side panels and the window that weren't addressed so now I have little uninvited guests (flies, spiders) in my place after being out of town for a week which is unpleasant. This may have more to do with flaws in the product design, but someone who installs air conditioners on the regular maybe could have either provided a solution or made suggestions for ways to address this. Overall, Tanael was awesome for coming so quickly to install my unit and got the job done!

Sammy was a complete all star! He had everything he needed for the job and got to work immediately. He explained everything he was doing as he set about installing the air conditioner, and even went so far as to insulate the area around the accordion sides so I wouldn't have to remove it in the winter. A+, would happily work with Sammy again!

Dean was amazing!! He was early, and got to quick work putting in my A/C unit. He's a complete professional and made sure I had nothing to be concerned about. He even went out of the way to bag up the broken down boxes/debris and left it outside to be picked up. If I could give Dean 10 stars I would!
