John is simply awesome. He is an amazing problem solver and a professional. He fixed the shower faucet that was broken. He went out of his way and bought the pieces and then had to modify some of the pieces so that they fit together well. He worked diligently and never lost his patience. He did it with joy. It was great watching him as he was having fun coming up with new ideas to make sure the new faucet can fit into the old fixture. He was on time and finished his work in exactly 120 minutes.
