Heavy focus on dusting, as this initial appointment is to prepare for listing photos of unit.

Avoid using polishes that contain wax on the wood furniture (it is wood veneer, so the wax will just make it cloudy). Just use a light cleaning agent. Thanks!

The trash chute is in the hallway- first door on the Left when leaving my apt.

My dog Jax may be home during some cleanings. He is calm and friendly and should not be bothersome. There is a trash chute in the #th floor hallway. The kitchen sink does NOT have a disposable.
