I would like the basement swept, vacuumed, mopped and dusted. The fridge needs to be cleaned as well. Perhaps the cleaning of the kitchen and dining room floors.

Wipe inside microwave. Use laminate-only cleaner or water, vinegar, liquid dish detergent solution on laminate floors.
