this is in preparation for a new tenant moving in so please be as thorough as possible, dust all surfaces, corners, skirtings etc.

Please start with kitchen, and also bathroom. Living room and bedroom floors and surfaces also need a good clean.

The areas to clean will be explained on arrival. please can you tidy the sofa/living area and tidy up the surfaces in the kitchen

General dusting, clean kitchen surface & sink, clean bathroom (toilet, tub & sink), vacuum and mop floors. Change bedding.

The house is over three floors: Ground: lounge, kitchen, hallway and toilet room. # floor: bedroom and en suite # floor: bedroom and en suite

Wipe/polish bathroom mirror and shower screen. Clean bottom of kitchen cabinets all round, especially by washing machine & dishwasher.

Place needs allot of work to get it to a good standard. An initial deep clean of the kitchen, Main living room and bathrooms with future visits to maintain these areas and focus on the bedrooms.

Have two small dogs, may need use gates to keep them in a certain room while you clean.

We need detail cleaning as house is generally in good condition. We also need conservatory wiped and cleaned. Dustbins washed and front door wiped down and porch cleaned. We have two bathrooms.

We have a cat so priority each time is vacuuming and cleaning floors and dusting on all surfaces please in every room of the house - living bedroom kitchen and bathroom. Thank you.
