Please clean the empty bedroom (including inside furniture) and communal area including floor, kichen, dining room, hallway and the main bathroom. Thanks.

Please take the trash out at the end, it can be left right outside of our door.

Bins are just outside the main building door. Please dispose garbage correctly and don’t leave garbage bags next to the bin. (Sorry to mention but this has been done in the past)

Concentrate on Kitchen and Bathroom. If time left please sweep stairs and hoover downstairs. But I'll be on hand to discuss.

Please clean the fridge and help make the front bedroom be more sane but please careful not to move too much in the front room.

I will require the Pro to wear the surgical mask I provide throughout the cleaning.

No wet mops on the wood floor. Brush the floors only or use a very very lightly damp mop on the wood floor.

I'd like for the walls in my bathroom/toilet to by wiped down. I'd like for my blinds, windows and window ledges to be cleaned in each room.

We have a big dog. You must be comfortable as he is a nervous rescue. We will try to take him out or keep him in a separate room.
