The place is empty. Want it thoroughly cleaned before moving in. No beds to make or laundry to do.

Have Dog and Cat. Dog will be crated - please keep door closed at all times for cat.

Wood floors in living room and kitchen, carpet in bedroom. Acrylic table lamps and living room table base should only be cleaned with water.

I have a small dog. I will take her out when you come or close her in a room. Only the master bedroom needs to be cleaned. Both children’s bedrooms do not need to be cleaned. Thank you!

I need the wood floors to be mopped with a damp mop only. They cannot be heat steamed, strong soaps or cleaning solutions cannot be used on the wood floor. Steaming is okay for the bathroom tile floors...

I have a # bedroom apartment. The floors are real hardwood so please don’t mop the hardwood. Only use a mop in the kitchen and bathroom. Thank you!

I have # cats who are all very friendly and will mostly stay out of your way.

I like them to clean kitchen cabinets outside surfaces properly because it’s white color and wood. One cabinet over stove is sticky surface. They need to clean it neat as well professionally.
