There was a misunderstanding with Maria today. I am in CA visiting family and she texted me this morning before 6am my time to see if she could come early. I got it when I woke up at 6:15 and she said she was already at our place. I called my roommate to let her in and he went down to let her in, couldn't find her. He said she called him earlier (his number is on our instructions to contact to be let in) and he was texting her to see where she was but she had not responded. She then said texted to say she had been waiting for 45 minutes and had to leave. She sent me a long string of texts about how she had paid for parking and doesn't get paid if we reschedule. I'm sure it is a misunderstanding but we really did everything we could to try to connect with her and let her in and she knew I was in CA and didn't contact my roommate who was actually present at our place. I would like to request a refund as this keeps happening every time we have someone come that is not Delida, who is our favorite and is always so kind and professional. Please let me know when it has been processed. Thank you.
