Please come with a good vacuum the carpet needs serious cleaning and need to vacuum up some dust from the ceiling fan too.

I added extra service to clean the oven, but I actually mean the air fryer on the counter. Please do a deep clean of the air fryer, thank you!

Bathtub doesn’t really drain, and it isn’t used much. I just wipe it down with a cloth if it looks dirty.

Floors are both hardwood and carpeting. Care should be taken when vacuuming and cleaning hardwood floors - Bona is generally used.

Two dogs may be here - if they are so will my girlfriend or I and we can keep them out of your way

Sweep patio and wipe down furniture. Wipe down baseboards, clean all surfaces, and steam sheets before spreading bed.

Parking is easiest on Channel St. Trash chute is all the way down the hall (left from our door) and to the left. No need to run the dishwasher and please ignore any laundry lying around. Thanks!
