Luis was very nice and polite but he lacked some experience and knowlegde, when concerned to measurements and finding studs.

Very patient when we were late to the appointment and explained the process to hide wires. Fabrice worked quickly and came prepared with the tools we needed to mount the TV. Very thorough and knowledgeable.
