Carlos was fantastic. He went above and beyond and explained my options each step of the way through. I had thrown a few different tasks his way and none of them were a problem whatsoever. Needless to say, everything is working perfectly. Very knowledgeable and personable and really great with pets which makes things SO much easier. I have three dogs who can all be a handful when barking away in the rooms with people over, but he was very friendly and the dogs calmed down immediately and settled in which I think as a pet owner says a lot... Highly recommend him for anything you may need - will be using him again without question!
