Zhixi was very professional and did a great job cleaning our apartment. She focused on the areas we asked her to and even did some extras!

Started a bit late, but called and told me which I really appreciated (unexpected traffic accident). Otherwise was very nice and thorough.

Minor dirt/dust left over on floor. Nothing major, just probably needed an extra once over before he left.

Renee did a great job. I did not like that she tried to charge us extra for the services included on Handys website because it took longer

Nefrititi was amazing. She was extremely professional, and cleaned the apartment way beyond my expectation!

Some of the dishes, pots, and pans weren't cleaned properly and Jessica didn't clarify where she used bleach and where she didn't.

Iris was very professional, did a wonderful job and most importantly had a very pleasant attitude and demeanor.

She does a great job! She is very thorough and makes full use of her time. Additionally, she is great with our cat. :-)
