I was trying to rate my latest cleaner Irina as amazing, but instead the website isn't working properly and i think she has mistakenly been rated as awful! This is a bad system- the stars don't even show up when you click on them and it takes you straight to a page where you write about what they did wrong. please rectify this.

I was really happy with the service provided. The flat looked great and the cleaner was friendly, polite and hard-working.

Vacuuming wasnt very thorough (missed under the living room table) and around taps in bath/shower werent scrubbed
