I was expecting to see Bianca, who had cleaned with us last week. This was due used with Bianca before the end of her clean last week. We were very happy with the job she did and wanted her to come back on a routine basis - she seemed to understand this. Instead, today, a new person turned up on our door step - although very amiable and well-presented, we explained we were expecting Bianca and he said that he would call Handy HQ to see what the mix-up was about. He left the house to get a coffee and make the call to Handy, then texted me to ask if Bianca had arrived yet - I attempted to respond say that she had not, but the message bounced back saying the number was not valid. We therefore had no cleaner today and I would like a refund please for the charge that has been made to my account. Please note that I was expecting one cleaner only to attend on a routine basis with the option to change if necessary - we live in a house with five floors and have a small baby - I do not have tine to show a new person around each week and explain all the ins and outs to them. Please ensure that I am refunded for this week's clean and that Bianca attends next week - we are happy to change the time and/or date of the clean if she is not able to make 8.00am in Wednesday. Chris did an ok job but was an hour late due to local road works and road closures. He also left 20 minutes early.

Ana did a very thorough job - if I could guarantee getting Ana each time I booked, I'd be more likely to stay with Handy.

Sapphira was really keen to provide the best servive she can, making sure i was happy before she left
