Elena-Suzana was very polite and professional, and she arrived on time. The bathrooms were great, as was the hallway and stairs. The mopping however was a bit light though, especially in the kitchen - after she left, I actually went over the floors again and cleaned off a whole layer of grime in 20 minutes with just a bit of effort. Nearly a 5-star! Hopefully next time will be perfect!

Elka did a great job of cleaning our flat having left it in a particularly bad state after a dinner party. We have a dog and she also coped very well with him! We'd love her to come back again.
