Hello, the appointment lasted 1 hour 40 mins when I have paid for a 2.5 hours service. I need to change the service time in all my bookings.

Claudia works very hard and seems to take pride in her work. She goes above and beyond to make sure things are right.

Patricia was great, she came in and tidied everything beautifully. It's wonderful to have someone who can tidy properly as well as cleaning!
