I’m Jay. I have 18 years of experience in multi- family and home maintenance and repairs. My experience includes plumbing,electrical, carpentry,painting and drywall repair and replacement. Have also performed troubleshooting and repairs of hvac system and appliances. I have my EPA coolant certification. I do provide lawns care services mowing and trimming to yard clean ups.
