Zdravko did a very good job fixing our lights on the ceiling. He came on time, bought all necessary requirements and was very friendly, patient and very very helpful. He listens to what we like and waits until the job is done perfectly. He did not even rush one single time, as he had to wait until we got perfect lengths to attain the good look of chandelier and lights. Highly recommend and happy to use again!!

Hello, I requested a 10ft ladder which I was charged £50 for. Lois turned up with a very small/normal ladder. Therefor he could not change the fitting of the light in the landing. I would like my money back for the ladder charge (£50) as this part of service was completed and no 10ft ladder was supplied. Thanks Lisa
