Michael was very nice, prompt, thorough, detailed -- everything you're looking for in a housekeeper, even though we booked last minute. He didn't mind us coming in and out and the gleam on our floors was the first thing we noticed when we got back!

We dont believe that the floors were vaccummed, mopped, or cleaned, like stated they would. Everything else was good!
