Our home was clean, but two issues came up: 1. The dishes in the dishwasher were taken out and washed by hand despite the fact that we instructed the cleaner to ignore the dishwasher entirely. This was a waste of time that could have been used to continue some of our other priorities. 2. Our lockbox was closed incorrectly when Jessica left and is jammed/stuck. Our key is inside and the lockbox is completely inoperable. We will likely have to replace the lockbox and have another key made, both of which are a hassle due to our summer travel. Please credit or reimburse us accordingly.

Mileidy was great! She was super communicative, and did and absolutely amazing job. I basically live in a frat house, and I have never once seen it this clean!!!
