Claudia was punctual, pleasant and prompt with her thorough cleaning!! My apartment has never been so spotless; it's practically glistening! Love Handy and it's awesome Pros :D

Showed up promptly on time, and did such a good job. Very efficient in cleaning everything in an appropriate order, and paid attention to the details and cleaned the windows. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The shower doors weren't cleaned and it seemed like it was mostly surface cleaning in the bathrooms. We'd like it cleaned deeper.

The place looks pretty good but she was 15 minutes late and left before we got home. The appointment is for 3 hours (3-6) so I was expecting her to stay until my boyfriend got home. He got home around 5:45/5:50 and she was already gone. This is concerning because we don’t have a way for her to lock up, which leaves our apartment unlocked for whatever amount of time between when she left and 5:50. She also brought her kids. I don’t mind at all but a heads up would have been the courteous thing to do. There’s a messaging system in the app so sending a message to ask or explain feels more respectful than just showing up with them.

Beyonka was beyond professional, super friendly, worked quickly- i was so happy with her work. Great job, girl!
