This was our first cleaning with Hector, we enjoyed his services and would recommend him to our friends. We were notified 45 minutes ahead of time that he would be about 10 minutes late which we thought was more than acceptable. His attention to detail was nice but could always be improved especially with things like toilets and mopping, but we were impressed with his little details like cleaning the mirrors, night tables, folding the bed sheets perfectly. Overall we really enjoyed having him and added him as our favorite pro. We do want him back!

Marc was very professional and I appreciated his flexibility when I had to make a last-minute change to the booking.
