Elizabeth was very thorough. She focused on bathrooms and floors. She talks too much, gives unsolicited advice and smells of cigarettes.

After a not so great initial experience with my first cleaner, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Natasha did an excellent job cleaning.

Reminder there is a powder room downstairs on landing and be really careful on mirror cleaning esp in the master bedroom it gets streaky
