Yana was very punctual at this appointment and generally did a good job with this cleaning. However, she finished the job 45 minutes earlier and had some comments that I did not like. She also played loud music/radio while working, which I usually don't get for these cleaning sessions.

Renee was great! Friendly, apartment looks great, very communicative and helpful. Would definitely love to work with her again!
