We paid for a 3-hour cleaning (the app didn’t allow us to shorten this to 2-hours), and the cleaner was finished in 2-hours. He stayed a few minutes longer but the 3-hours was not needed or fulfilled. Please let us know if this can be adjusted for the future as well as the hour credited back to us for this lack of service.
