Carmen did great cleaning but a problematic attitude. She messaged me to say was angry at me the first time she cleaned for rating her 4/5 instead of 5/5, and texted me the morning after the second clean saying she didn't want to work for me again because I wasn't happy with her work. I didn't say anything about not being happy - I was very happy with her cleaning. I think it must have been because I had a very busy day and evening and hadn't had the chance to rate her cleaning yet at all. She also showed me photos of another client's dirty house, which did make me wonder if she takes photos of my place too. A shame, she's a great cleaner and I would have been very happy to have her long term.

We regularly have Mihaela clean our flat and she always does a fantastic job - it’s a treat to come home to such a clean flat! Highly recommended!
