Outstanding as always. Delia changed the sheets on our bed, washed the old bedding and also hung out to dry clothes in the washing machine (without being asked to)! We are over the moon to have such a great cleaner who goes beyond what is expected and required of her.

My hoover was playing up and luminita had to use pan & brush to sweep the floor; it delayed her a little but she just got on with it :)

The pro arrived 40mins late and left 30 mins before she was supposed to leave being 40 mins late. She cleaned well and I'm satisfied with her cleaning but she did not stay for the full required time. Please charge me 2/3 of the fee because she could have cleaned better, paying more attention to detail and leaving later.

Jerold is a friendly and cheerful cleaner and did a very thorough job of cleaning all the areas we requested in the house. We do think he needs to be a bit more gentle when cleaning certain areas as he dislocated our sliding shower door when he was cleaning the bathroom!
