Elena-Suzana was very polite and professional, and she arrived on time. The bathrooms were great, as was the hallway and stairs. The mopping however was a bit light though, especially in the kitchen - after she left, I actually went over the floors again and cleaned off a whole layer of grime in 20 minutes with just a bit of effort. Nearly a 5-star! Hopefully next time will be perfect!

It was practically perfect. Im just really fussy about pictures and candles Been moved from their place. But that's my issue. Perfect clean!
