Steven was very professional when he came to my home he put on shoe covers which was very considerate. The job took longer than expected but he was thorough. He was pretty personable but got right to work. The only thing I would have preferred him to use drop cloths on the floors which he did not. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend him!
