I usually have Cassandra and I'm very attached to her, however, Novella was available and the situation in my apartment was getting desperate. She was nice, efficient, and even organized my things - all within two hours! She also didn't bat an eye when I asked her to change the sheets on my bed - I know it's a bit of an unusual request, but I'm disabled and can't do it myself. Novella is my backup for sure!
